Data input/output, both are great component to chop down file. But it’s inconvenience in someway, like sharing to another machine that not match file path, each component must individually pointing to desired file again. Is there anyway to guide into the folder that contain “ghdata” file and load multiple file at once?
I did not find a solution for that. I totally agree with you, this a very good components, which helps a lot when sharing data but it should be very helpful to have the path as an input, that could solve a lot of scenarios
had a “discussion” with chatGPT about that. did not get a solution. the recomendation was to save different formats like json, txt…
on the other hand, I am not sure how the result should work: reading several ghdatafiles… all generated independently in different grasshopper Files.
so the datastructure might be different , might change. the scriptnode would need to change it self dynamicly depending on how many inputs where written to how many files…
