I’ve tried a patch, but patch has problems here.
Can someone take a look.

Adjust the tolerance to something useful like 1e-3 or stricter and you’re good to go.

Hmm… that is strange. I’m running 5SR12 and with the following settings I get a pretty good patch (see attached).

hups, I’ve missed that the customer changed the tolarnce to 1.0 mm. That explains it.
