[python] rs.LayerId(layer_name) doesn't work on sub-layers

When a name string of a sub-layer is passed on to this method it yields None

Now I see you have to pass the full path in the sub-layers’ names in order for rs.LayerId() to work

McNeel could you please add this clarification to the documentation of this method.
