Problems with matching hatches, rhino8

HI

using the MATCH option in under (not in the hatch pop-up) “Hatch properties” now in rhino8 also result in also copying all other properties like layer and if the target hatch is grouped, the matched hatch is now added to the group.

Is there a way to make the MATCH option work like it use too? just matching the hatch options
