Problem with Meerkat

I am trying to import .a shapefile to grasshoper with meerkat, when I launch the import file it does not open correctly. I have already tried to copy the google API key on the .txt file and tried to install an older version on rhino 6 either. The older version launches the google maps windows correctly for an instant, but it says there is a problem with javascript and the image stops.

Hi,

@nadlowe Even i faced same sort of issue any advice on this.

Cheers,
BVR

Use this other plugin, I am testing it and it is working quiet well.

ShrimpGIS | Food4Rhino

Same issue! The shapefile doesn’t load into the window. I downloaded the 2020 Meerkat, but I’m not understanding the API issue perhaps?

Here is a video on how to install meerkat correctly and setup the API key: https://youtu.be/aW222jRn1o8 https://youtu.be/aW222jRn1o8

i can’t remember quite how i fixed it, but it is this exact API issue. Fix that and you’re good. Only problem I am having is the nearmaps image not showing up at all.

Is it only works with WGS84 ? I don’t see a component to set the coordination system.
