I was just testing this great GH plugin when I saw in the probe component
pressure (m^2/s^2) and pressure coefficient (no unit )
Could somebody tell me what kind of pressure is that and what is a pressure coefficient ?
Maybe cp values ? - ratio between pressure in stationary/pressure on surface
A pressure is a force/m^2 - N/m^2 so I am a bit confused

I was confused by the same thing. m^2/s^2 is the SI unit of Pk (kinematic pressure).

How I converted it to newtons:

Just multiply your results with air density.
