Param description by c# script in rhino 8

Could anyone help to write description for component inputs in c# script.The Rhino7 method dose not working here.

in rhino 7 write like this;
Component.Params.Input[0].Description = “First rail Curve”;
But labeled as Old.
Who Could rewite this things ?
