Page layout detail view error with clipping plane

As you can see at the picture, the stairs and other details are not shown well in a detail view on my page layout. When I pan or zoom in it is shown or hides bottom up.

If necessary, I can share the Rhino file.

No, it works fine in V5. Therefore I thought it was important to let you know for V6.
