Package Manager not working

I keep on getting this error when using the PackageManager command. I’m running on the latest version of Rhino. Do you have any idea how to solve this?

Rhino 8 SR8 2024-6-18 (Rhino 8, 8.8.24170.13001)
Windows 11 (10.0.22631 SR0.0)

Update: PackageManager now works on my end.
