Your computer does not meet Rhino’s minimum system requirements.
This Intel 520 is inadequate, and your drivers are super old.
It probably does a great job with email and Web browsing. That is what that gpu was designed for. Keep it for those tasks and get yourself a better setup for Rhino.
Updating your drivers might help but only up to a point.
