I have recently purchased an upgrade version of Rhino 8, Rhinocam2025, and Rhinoceros NURBS Modeller. Here is the question: Do I really need the Rhinoceros NURBS Modeler?, Isn’t Rhino8 a NURB Modeller already?

No idea what this is, who did you buy it from? Rhino 8 is all you need.

It seems like their website could make things clearer…what they meant was “A full version of Rhino.” You apparently bought another copy of Rhino.
it definitely is. there must be some confusion then, there definitely is no dedicated software called
Rhino or Rhinoceros 3D or however you call it is also quite a bit more than a Nurbs modeller, so limiting the name to a sole though big function of Rhino is not the entire story.
it might be a marketing line to sell Rhino so you probly just bought a 2nd licence as @JimCarruthers has pointed out.
Yep, that’s what it sounds like. You should be able to return one of them.
