Not responding when importing python module to Rhino8/GH

Hi there,

When I try to install module like numpy by typing “# r: numpy”, display shows “Not responding”.
I have read these posts and still cannot find a solution.

I have resolved this topic. Due to proxy setting, software freezed without warning.
It is about Environment Variable Setting rather than rhinoceros.
