I am not seeing the errors you’re showing in your screenshots.

I tried your file on Windows with Rhino V7 & V8 and on macOS V7. All had tolerance at 0.001 and all had the same results.

• macOS with Rhino V7
  • Tolerance at 0.01 → OK
  • Tolerance at 0.1 → OK

Did you change something in the file? Problem with your setup?
