It would be good to explore the area of the UI interface, to make it look updated rather than minor changes.

Rhino 6 should look and feel brand new. With new layout and colour scheme, and of course not forgetting new features and integration.
A lot of times, people need a lot of justification to upgrade to new version of Rhino 3D.
