New UI - Floatable resizable windows can be permanently hidden

If I have a scrollable panel such as Curvature display or Emap and scroll down in the panel before resizing it, the top part of the window is clipped off.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a curve
  2. Call CurvatureGraph
  3. If necessary, resize the window so you can scroll inside
  4. Scroll down
  5. Resize the window once more to make it clip off the top
  6. Notice you cannot get to the top of the window again, even if you use the command to call the window again.

Thanks, I see that, you can even make the whole content disappear. Good catch. It indeed sticks so you have to restart Rhino…
