Need some help with surface texture

I am a newbie to Rhino or Grasshopper but I have a procject to complete and need some help getting texture on a surface for production. Hopefully somebody is interested in doing this job (for a fee)

I have attached the pictures of the desired surface and the file of the item it goes onto here.
