Hi! I am a current student struggling with online arch classes and need help figuring out a skin system for my tower project attached is a drawing of my idea but I have no idea how to execute and my current professor doesn’t use rhino and the others haven’t gotten back to me. If anyone could help my idea is for this extruded (concrete maybe?) thickness thicker and warped on west and south elevations and then thinner on east and north to let in more light, projecting and extruding hasn’t worked as cleanly as id like and we’ve been told to use grasshopper but I’m not sure how to make the algorithm for what I want. Thank you!

hello - I have your file - thanks… now what, exactly, do you need help with? I can see there are some serious geometry problems here and there, but I am not sure that is what you are asking about - in general, to get help, it’s best to post a file with the things in it that you are asking about and if possible, nothing else, that way I, or others, do not need to pick through a mountain of stuff trying to figure out which bit you care about…

Yeah, the projecting and extruding caused a lot of problems, I can attach a smaller file now that I’ve started working in grasshopper more and realize what I need, I’m trying to create a script that combines surface sectioning with distortion in plan and in vertical elevation to cause those eye-like openings in the drawing
