Multipipe on surface, using Voronoi 3d grasshopper

Hi All
I need some help. I am trying to create a 3D Voronoi tessellation on the surface and inside of a brep or mesh. It seems that I can only create the tessellation internally using Voronoi 3d or on the surface . I don’t know how to combine them or how to find the shortest distance (curve) between two points on a mesh when all I have is a point cloud. I know I can use point on mesh but I am stumped.

I believe this is a known bug. Scale it down or try Dendro to smooth it out.

I posted this as I left work and as soon as I got home half an hour later, I saw that you had solved it!!
Thanks so much and Ill be aware of that issue in multipipe expecially since we will eventauly machine it.

I’ll have to compare this approach to some others, and see the similarities and differences.
