Movement of Circles in Grasshopper

Good day to all,

Hi I am new to grasshopper and I just want to ask if there is a way to move the circles in the same direction using the edge
of the rectangle as reference point. I don’t know if i word my problem correctly but I have a picture for reference. Please see the attached file.
