Morphing Geometry to Boundary Curve

Is there a way to morph the geometry on the left within an equilateral triangle such that it fits within the triangle on the right keeping the same proportions?

No. If the source and target triangles are dissimilar, how are you expecting to maintain propotion?

Yes you are right it is not possible to keep the same proportions since the the triangle on the right has variable edge lengths. What you did is exactly what I was trying to achieve with the BoxMorph component but it was not giving the correct results. Thanks a lot for your solution. It works for me.
