You can do this by using a Graph Mapper to create a wave curve. Start with a row of evenly spaced points along one edge of your roof, then use the Graph Mapper to move those points up and down in Z to form the wave. Connect the moved points into a polyline or interpolated curve to create the wave profile, and then extrude that curve across the roof to generate the wavy roof surface. Since your shape is rectangular it will be simpler to create.
