In Rhino or GH, how to quickly model a topography based on all flattened to 00 POINTS (with text annotations for elevations of each point)? I have a 2d cad file with 700 points. I am a beginner in GH.

I think most tricky part is not about geometry but how to read the elevations…
I think before tackling this problem, you should check if each point in CAD really doesn’t have 3D info. (rotate the view in AutoCAD to see whether they are 3D or 2D).
