Yeah ideally when you have the situation of radii(and by radii and fillet I mean both actual crisp fillets and smooth freeform blends) that are too small for your wall thickness, you leave those corners sharp and fillet them afterwards, though the V6 WIP is able to handle at least some simple cases now. Otherwise you will need to hack out the intersecting surface sections.
