Mix two list points for count repetition each point

I have two lists of points (pic: point). item of the one list is the same with some of the items in other list and I want to determine repetition each point. I tried to use merge, set and member index that messed up index and point. these files are an example of my work and I follow the idea for solving this problem.I’ll very appreciate for contributing idea with me.

Hi again , i decide colored mesh with repetition number but result incorrect,In your opinion what’s probelm?
