I am currently attempting to perform daylight analysis for an indoor space using a model featuring circular openings in an arched surface, as shown below. However, I am receiving the message shown in the image. Is there no solution other than dividing the arch into flat planes? I wish to perform the daylight analysis while preserving the curved surfaces of the analysis model.
As shown below, when simulating the flat-split arch, the opening and the arch plane overlapped, and it worked well, but I dislike that the porosity of the opening is restricted.
