Merge Curves or Surfaces and Fillet corners - How?

I’ve tried, but failed, different attempts to merge - and fillet - these surface/boundaries.

I intend to fillet (r6) the sharp inner corners. Was hoping I could somehow merge the curves (or the surfaces and then extract the boundaries) and then fillet them.

I know I can extrude these surface patches and SolidBoolean them to get them into one piece, but then I still have these sharp inner corners to fix. I could separate the solid piece and pick the merged surfaces and then extract boundaries, which can be filleted but… Can I avoid that long journey by merging the boundaries or faces in this earlier stage? I want to end up with the following final model:

Actually I saw you speaking about solid unions, but I’m not sur it will work…
Maybe this way?

Yess, perfect, the first solution does exactly what I need so that it simplifies things further down the road!

Thank you very much!
