Membership is limiting me to 1 user

i need another user to my team— it wont allow me another—sayse shapediver does to grant me another— please — i am struglling to get things done because i cannt get my team up

Your Designer Plus plan includes 2 seats, so adding two collaborators won’t work. You’ll only be able to add one. I emailed you directly to deal with this topic.
