Hi, we have a revit project file setup using correctly located shared coordinates with which we use to correctly locate dwg’s, context models and shared models etc.
One of these correctly located model I now want to use in a rhino in revit workflow to import it’s meshes to a more controllable revit categorized geometry. Which i’ve had great success at doing. The only problem is that it’s lost it correct position. I naively thought it would retain it. Can somone explain to me what’s happening and the workflow to correctly have direct shapes creted from geolocated dwg’s appear in the same geolocation in revit with shared coordinates.
