Is there any workflow to model low poly objects for gaming and web using the SubD tools? I mean I would like to keep my the model hard edged, polygonal. Is there a way to do it without specifically applying the crease command everytime?
It would be nice to have some hard edged tools to model with.

Do you know how I can use the output of SubD Poly in Grasshopper? I need the rough mesh actually instead of smooth SubD mesh. I can bake them to Rhino, but cannot continue working on them in Grasshopper.
I tried to deconstruct the output but I cannot get the faces but only the points.
Do you have any suggestions?
