Lost Toolbar

Hi everyone,
I lost my toolbar. I can not fix it. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, but that did not work and I couldn’t restart the app. Can you guys help me? I added a photo.

or main top menu:
Window → Window Layout → Default

note you can also type the name of any toolbar
_layers
_properties

click this littel icon in the lower left:
