Toolbar is gone

Since a few days ago I have the following situation when I open a new or even an old drawing of mine:
My toolbar is gone.

Plus this is also missing:

Any ideas, how I can activate both again and what I did to get this result?

Hi Luis - type ToolbarReset at the command line and then close and restart Rhino - does that do it?
