Lofting problems: Most effective way to correctly align profile curves

Hello,

I have two curves I am trying to loft, but whatever I do (e.g. align points with “curve closest point”, flipping one section/curve) Grasshopper won’t loft in a straight line from bottom to top and results in a twisted shape as shown below.

I am pretty sure there is an obvious solution, I just can’t seem to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to both of you. Both solutions work really well. I’ll put together a cluster, so I won’t have this problem in future.
