Linetype Rendering Near and Far from Origin Bug

I wanted to bring up a bug that has been previously noted here:

I still appear to be having this problem in the current build. My line types appear strangely when far from the origin. I have uploaded a video showing how it behaves in my file. Additionally, here is my system info.

Just wanted to bring attention back to it as it has been over two years since it was first documented.

If you copy the boxes into a new file are seeing the same thing? Can you post the file with the boxes? Thanks!

Here is the file as well as a video showing some of that behavior. There are some strange scenarios that I can’t seem to figure out, but hopefully this helps.
