I can’t use lay out because the page is completely black. I can add detail views and everything but can’t see them because the whole page is black. This happend after I updated to 5.5.
Did anybody have the same problem and was able to fix it? Please let me know.

That was reported a few times, yes.
In Preferences > Colors , pressing Restore Defaults should fix that. For the time being, you will have to do that each time you start Rhino.

Just FYI, I am having the same problem. I use layouts all the time and look forward to the fix!
