Layers for logos in VRscans

All,

I am currently using the evaluation period for VRscans. I like the materials very much but I cannot find a way to add logos.

In VRay I would just add a layer to the material. But this option doe not exist with VRscans materials.

Does anyone know if there is another method? A 'net search has not turned up anything.

You should use a blend material.

  • Base layer: vrayscan material
  • coat layer: logo material
    Use the logo’s alpha texture in the blend slot
    You also need to set 2 different mapping channels, one for the base material and one for the coat.
