Right-click into the command area shows the recent commands menu.
It presents a mix of German and English command names.
Like Emap / Umgebungstextur etc.

Which languages do you have loaded on your PC?
I tried installing the English version of rhino on a device that only had German set as system language yesterday and it glitched out (some plugin error messages and German labeling despite using the English installer) until I reinstalled it with both English and German as system languages.
No idea if that helps with your specific problem though
OS in German
Rhino WIP comes naturally in all languages.
The used language is German.
I think the language mix is a general problem = a bug.
