Lands design crashing after update

Hi guys, I’ve been using Lands design with Rhino 7 for a while and updated it last night. I uninstalled it using the uninstall option, and then installed the newest version. But now when I try to browse plants, it just crahses Rhino. Even when I open old projects that had plants in it, it would crash and not open. I can still use the library and import stones and furniture though.

And I don’t know where to find the information about the crash either… I’m pretty sure it’s not because I am out of storage, as I still have 46GB free.

Does anyone know what might be causing the issue?

What Rhino and Lands Design versions do you have?
Can you disable all other third-party plug-ins (except “Lands Design” and “Tibidabo”), and check if the crash persists?
If you can reproduce the crash, a .DMP file will be generated in your desktop. Rename this file BEFORE closing the Rhino crash message (otherwise another useless .DMP file will replace it) and send it to landsdesign@asuni.com. That way we can figure out what’s happening and find a solution.
