Can student use the educational version for commercial use after graduation?
Do I have to pay a commercial price to upgrade the educational version if the owner no longer has the conditions to purchase it?

You can continue using the educational version after graduation and you will not have to pay an additional price when you are not a student anymore. Once you buy it, the license will be yours without expiration date.
