Ladybug Installation problem line 544

Hello I’m quite new to grasshopper and it’s plugins, I’ve been trying to install ladybug but for some reason even when I have internet and disconected the firewall it dosen’t install it says there is a runtime error.
Can someone please help me :smiling_face_with_tear:

Hi, please check the installation instruction on the ladybug github for your operating system, and rhino / ladybug version:

Hi @Noor_Al_Nuaimi ,

It looks like you are on MacOS? If so: did you manually unzip the ‘Python’ file downloaded in step 1? Try using your finder to navigate to the location shown in that error message to see if the folder is there?

I did that and still didn’t work.
