Hi everyone. I’m working on a script for university. The deadline is tonight and I got stuck with a problem I don’t know how to solve.
I am designing a shading element for a facade and testing its efficiency with ladybug. We were provided the LadyBug script and we designed a parametric rotating brick facade with plant pots.
The problem is that when I insert the merged geometry from the facade to the merge component for the context on the LadyBug part, the sun exposure map stops working.
I have the feeling that it is related to the list composition of the facade, because we are merging many tree branches together. I tried to flatten them and also flatten the output of the facade merge, and it still doesn’t work.
I know it’s a bit of a messy script but I’ll be really grateful if someone can help me so that I can deliver the task on time. Thank you very much
