to avoid the sleeve clash and keep the ball radisus minimum is the goal

when have 2 differnt D values and is it possible to to do it in gh itself

thank you @PeterFotiadis
The very same thing that you should do in order to fix clash issues on the fly in a random freaky truss on a per node basis on the fly , that is. And keep the history of your OK solutions and make some OK combos. An then do it again because the envelope is not compatible with the truss (or the truss is not compatible with the envelope).
i have fixed 3 clashes in the
first bolt clash
secound sleeve clash
then pipe clash
wrote some if conditional statments and fixed with many ok combos and ok solutions
i like that approach
next need to figure out the rest of them too…
cheers

PLUS:
Imagine a real-life truss (meaning a real-life envelope as well).
For an average size AEC related thingy we may have 10++K axis meaning 50++K 3d objects (each axis has 2 sleeves, 2 cones and one strut). This obviously means Instance Definitions AND a 100% export compatibility (say via STEP 214) to your main AEC BIM app.
Then add 2 times that amount for the envelope components. Do we need to do all in 3D? Well … if we charge lot’s of dollars is reasonable to delived something “elaborated” (at least on screen).
Then comes the big thing: locating the issues on some envelope areas/spots and design interactively new components that would allow a new envelope variation.
Of course you can cheat: use structural silicone and be a happy bunny. But even GE does stuff that lasts 25 years max … meaning that the solution could be … hmm … you know what (LOT’S of WOW buildings these days use such a solution [we live in fake times anyway]).
All these mean: you can’t design a real-life truss via components: life sucks.
actually yes
it make sense
to make step file from it is bit hard !!
hey sir can i get this script it will help me in my graduate project with space truss connection
thank you
