If it’s not difficult for you, could you comment, this problem can be solved using Kangaroo or is this problem better solved with Rhino/Bongo?

Hi @Harald - if you post your definition I’ll take a look.
It appears you’ve modified the geometry for that gears definition posted higher up this thread, but without the new geometry I can’t see what’s going wrong.
