Karamba Finite Element Analysis in Grasshopper - Voxel Form

Dear lovely grasshopper community,

I currently have this simple form that I would like to run through Kabamba for FEA and have no idea where to start. I only used Karamba once back in 2014 but never went back to it.

Any tips or directions would be appreciated on how/where to start. The form is currently a single polysurface without any inner surfaces. I already ran the original form through 2 different contiguity tests to have water proof form.

The rhino file for the form is over 20MB, so I uploaded it on Wetransfer

Karamba3D can only calculate shells or beams and not solids, so it will only analyse the outer surface of your geometry
