Is there some limit for sporph and surface morph?

Hi, @HS_Kim and other professionals
I have successfully made geometry morph to surface by your @HS_Kim suggestion of using sporph. But still I find I can only success on simple surface like circled below , when comes to more curved surface, I cannot use this kind of method ( the suface on the left of the blue circle).

So I wonder, is there some data or component I need to apply? As it seem there are several stratergies that can morph geometry onto surface but I don’t know all of them. Could any one show me those stratergies.
