Hey there! I’m working on some dragon wings and I can’t figure out how to fillet between the different prongs without creating a mess that I then can’t figure out how to work with.
Here is my starting point, and below is the fillets created between each prong, with different colours for different intersections.
As you can see, the fillets dont create a perfect surface, and these underneath offcuts are preventing me from turning it all into a solid with a flat base (the end goal). I tried using the trim tool but it didn’t work and I’m feeling extremely lost. Is there a better way to fillet it? Or a way to trim this excess to form a single coherent surface?
I’ve attached versions of the file both with and without my attempted fillets. Any guidance on this would be much appreciated, as I am still very new to all this.
