This typically means you have already had at least one evaluation that has expired. In your case your evaluation ran from February through May this year.

just doesnt make sense because I had 30 or so days left on the current evaluation and then I registered a new email and it still wont connect
McNeel recently closed a loophole that allowed users to obtain more than one trial period by using different mail addresses - a practice that according to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is illegal.
