Looks like a problem with import to me. What format did you use to export from Rhino? OBJ?

Testing the Mesh exported via OBJ and imported in Blender 2.90.0 there are no degenerate faces or edges found (area 0, length 0 respectively). Probably the reason why Rhino doesn’t find any either.

Yes with obj
I put it in the blender and took the output again, In nx again shows degenerate faces
