Only thing that should come with the layouts are the layers in the layouts. And definitely not materials. It feels like it does a lot of extra work to get all the extra stuff too.

@keithscadservices I’ve also wondered about the incoming block definitions, when importing layouts… per layout over and over again “Do you want to replace the block?”

That’s on the list as the non-public RH-47840 and RH-79624 Layout panel - import over does it.

You are correct. Just like AutoCAD.
I think the import from AutoCAD works perfectly. Even the print settings (I think haven’t fully checked!!). That’s a nice surprise.
What I’ve done is just created a clean file with the title blocks and their geometry only. It makes it a little trickier to develop standards on the fly but no biggie.
