Import the geometry by layer from Rhino to Grasshopper

i wanna import the text,curves or any geometry by layer from rhino to grasshopper in ghpython, each time the rhino file changed, these references should be notified to synchronized updates. just like the
base component ’ Geometry Pipeline’, and the Human ’ Dynamic Geometry Pipeline’,listen to attribute changes. thanks for your reply ~
