Import pandas fail

Hello,

I am trying to import the pandas’ library in Grasshopper and it worked for a moment. However, it started to give me an error saying: AttributeError: partially initialized module ‘pandas’ has no attribute ‘_pandas_datetime_CAPI’ (most likely due to a circular import)

pandas needs special treatment -the locale needs to be set. There are lots of instructions if you search the forum.
